If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return or exchange the item/s you have purchased. Outlined below is the online returns and exchange policy for Created By Kat.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items received outside this time period will not be accepted.
Items must be in clean and original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place.

Once return items have been received they will be reviewed. Once cleared, you will either receive your replacement item (in the case of exchange) or a refund of purchase price (excluding the original shipping cost) via the payment method which was used during your original purchase.
When your returned parcel is received, please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund or exchange once processing has taken place.
Shipping charges are not refunded unless your items are faulty. Exchange items will be re posted at your cost. Created By Kat is not liable for the loss of garments being returned and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
